I NEED TO AIRSOFT!!! This summer has been so busy that the boys and I have only been airsofting one time. this is not good

Well sorry that I have not been posting much lately, I have been very busy filming. everything form corporate stuff to documentaries. I am still working on the documentary. This project should be complete in early may. I am working on a premiere date of May 18th. See you soon

First I would like to share my gratitude to everyone.  You have all been very supportive to my family, all of my family.  I thank God for my sister, and now I thank God for taking  away her pain.  Yesterday while going through her things, we found a book in her room.  She had a page of it book marked  This page was a story of a women with cancer.  A man came to visit her at the hospital.  He prayed that she would be healed.  A few days later while speaking to the doctor the man found out that she had been completely healed.

We have been praying that My sister would be healed for 3 years now.  I now understand that healing comes in many different ways.  Some we call miracles, some we call emotional healing, and some we call going home.  My sister will no longer have pain, or fear or sickness. she will no longer have to pay bills, or get her car fixed.  She is resting with Jesus.

Something that I know everybody remembers is, her smile.  Always remember her smile, because no matter how sick she got she always smiled.  The night before she passed as the EMT's brought her into the hospital she looked at them, smiled, and said she was sorry to bother them.

One more thing that my sister will never have to experience again is the pain that comes from loosing a loved one.

I miss you sis.  I already miss mowing your grass, fixing your car, talking to you, hugging you, and most of all I miss just knowing that you are next door.  I will see you soon

Operation Blind Fury 9

Well Blind Fury was great. We camped there Friday night then got up early on Saturday, got ready, and headed out on the field by 9. We Played hard and enjoyed many kills. The event was well put together and the staff kept everything going quite well. I will have a video up in the next week for everyone to see.

Military Definitions

Squad - 9 to 10  soldiers.  Typically commanded by a sergeant or staff sergeant, a squad or section is the smallest element in the army structure, and its size is dependent on its function.
Platoon - 16 to 44 soldiers.  A platoon is led by a lieutenant with an NCO as second in command, and consists of two to four squads or sections.
Company 62 - 190 soldiers.  Three to five platoons form a company, which is commanded by a captain with a first sergeant as the commander's principle NCO assistant.  An artillery unit of equivalent size is called a battery, and a comparable armored or air cavalry unit is call a troop.

Fallen Warriors Field

well I had a great time yesterday.  It was great to finally play again.  For those of you who don't know my oldest son almost died twice in January and spent 33 days in Children's Hospital, so to see him out there competing was awesome to say the least.


I was disappointed to find out that Rygar would not be running the event, but this turned out to be a non issue.  As things go at FWF there were other great leaders to fill his shoes.  Don't worry Rygar it still took two of them to do your job lol.



I also want to complement everyone that played at the event toon there professionalism in regards, to foul language.  There have been events at other fields in the past that were out of control.  Thanks!!!  Yesterday showed that you can have a hard hitting game without the junk.  Radio Communication were also clean.

First Game

Well our first official game is this week end at Fallen Warriors field.  We are pretty pump and ready to play.  I just purchased a GoPro Hero 2 so I am looking forward to using that in addition to my other cameras.  I should get some pretty good footage to make a movie with.  I am looking forward to seeing you all there.

HE IS HOME

Well we just brought my son home from the hospital.  He has a long way to go but at least he can do it at home.

WOW what a winter

Well this winter began with a car accident which was a pretty big deal so I thought.  Below is a copy of the post that I published at that time.  But the really big deal began on December 31st when my oldest son had the stomach bug.  He threw up all day and finally around 6 am on January 1st he just had small belly ache around his belly button.  We though that he was still just suffering from the affects of the bug until he collapsed.  We took him to Children's Hospital to find out he had a ruptured appendix.  Since that time he has had two major surgeries and is still in Children's Hospital today Feb. 5th I would like to say that we are grateful that he is going to be ok.  I guess the reason that I wanted to share this with all of you is because Airsofters are important to me.  You and I share common interests and playing the game with you and my kids is something that I enjoy.  To think that I may not have been able to do that with one of my kids has changed me inside.  PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOURSELVES AND LISTEN TO YOUR BODY.  If you or your kid’s belly buttons hurt go to the doctor.  I want to play Airsoft with you again.

Accident Post:

At 0430 this morning my family and I loaded our bags in the truck and headed for the airport for a fun filled week at Disney. At 0455 we got on the freeway and traveled about 13 miles when a drunk driver hit our vehicle and spun us 3 to 5 times. He in turn went into a ditch rolling and flipping several times. With all that happened and as fast as it happened we are all O.K. The driver of the other car had a blood alcohol level of .11 and had marijuana in the car. In just one moment my family and I could have been gone. All because someone else felt that it was ok to drink and drive. I and my boys are glad to be here to play another day and we will see you at the next event.

End Of the Season

Well it is sad to see the end of the Airsoft season.  I am looking forward to a full spring and summer of airsofting.  My team and I will be practicing throughout the winter.  We will be working on different strategies, so be ready.  See you soon

SplatterPark 10.23.11

Well I am not the official Splatterpark spokesperson but I did play there today.  I needed to get my Airsoft Fix after I got my ankle injury fix.  This event was an open play and a good crowed showed up ready to compete.

The games were pretty quick and in between games our ref kept everything moving along.  With the amount of players that we had and the smaller courses it was none stop action during each campaign.  Everyone played fair and called there hits with no disputes about cheating.  All the players were kind to each other and many of the seasoned players helped the younger players by answering questions and fixing issues with guns.

I also want to thank Splatterpark for allowing me to lead the sniper hunt and kill operation.  I hope that you enjoyed this op

Radio Communications

Recently while attending an event in North West Ohio I began to regret spending money on radio’s and throat mic’s.  I found that there was a lack of professionalism and maturity.

The amount of senseless and foul chatter was outrageous.  Even as an adult I felt uncomfortable listening.  I am just a normal guy that wants to enjoy the full experience of airsoft.  I understand the use of foul language “sometimes” but out of control is out of control. 

I would like to say that let’s remember there are kid’s playing but the biggest offenders at this event were the kid’s.  If they can’t keep control of there tongues then maybe there should be an age limit for com’s.  I’m just saying,

Remember: “integrity is who you are when nobody is looking”.

Are we men and women of integrity, or just another group of misfits?
